Harper College Anime Club
| Anime club is proud to have hosted the Chopstick Lessions in Harper College's Chinese New Year Celebration. February 13, 2008 at 11:30-12:00pm. It was a FREE event where people came by and enjoyed a Chinese Chopstic Lession. |

Chopstick Etiquette -
Club members were taught the correct way to use chopsticks, and how not to use them.
Origami -
The club learned to make paper cranes and we strung them together to make strands of origami cranes.
Paper Koi fish -
Each member of the club cut out and decorated a coy fish to hang from the ceiling
Chinese New Year -
Harper College held a big event for Chinese New Years. Anime club held a vending table and gave out free
egg rolls.
Basic Japanese phrases and greetings -
We handed out sheets of paper with basic phrases and taught them what they mean and how to say them.
International day -
On international day Harper held a event and anime club had a table there.
